Dura-Grip & Helical Wall Anchors

Buckling and bowing cement block foundations, poured foundations and retainer walls can be repaired using Dura-Grip® & Chance® Helical Wall Anchors.

This is accomplished by drilling a small hole for the anchor rod to pass through the basement wall, and then excavating a hole outside to place the bearing plate or helical anchor. Either screw or plate anchors can be used to stabilize/straighten basement or retaining walls. Both types of anchor kits are available.
